Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Parico, a growing technology business delivering innovative and secure solutions to Public Sector customers across the United Kingdom.

About the Role:

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing greenfield services, ensuring the security and integrity of cloud and on-premises environments, and working closely with our technical team to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop greenfield services, including infrastructure components for Windows and Virtualisation technologies.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of cloud and on-premises environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our Public Sector customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including clear and concise guides for technical stakeholders.
  • Interact with senior stakeholders, contribute to technical discussions, and act as the technical lead for engagements.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable expertise in supporting and implementing infrastructure components for Windows and Virtualisation technologies, including Windows Server 2019/2022, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects, with direct responsibility for supporting and implementing highly available and resilient secure solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, comfortable taking on new challenges, and experience working with Enterprise Systems, Platforms, and Networks.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Virtualisation technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • UK security clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.
  • UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
