Job Summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in St. Neots. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our engineers and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors, arrange meeting rooms, and order lunches.
  • Assist with travel bookings and arrangements.
  • Support commercial teams with tasks such as creating bid numbers, entering timesheets, and dealing with invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize IT systems to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in IT systems and software.
