Exciting Opportunity as Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office management tasks.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks with precision and thoroughness.
  • Make informed decisions in accordance with established protocols.

Collaborative Relationships:

  • Report directly to the Divisional Administrator of Neurobiology.
  • Engage with Heads of Departments in Neurobiology and collaborate with external teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including at least Grade C in Mathematics and English.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Competence in delivering administrative support and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, proactive mindset, integrity, and capacity to engage with diverse teams.

Additional Information:

All personnel are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and collaborative manner in line with the requirements of the position.
