Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.

Our home in Leek is rated Good in all areas with OFSTED and has an excellent reputation with the local authorities. We provide a nurturing environment that encourages our children to thrive and reach their full potential.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Leading a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our young people. You will need to have:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent qualification
  • A driver's license (we provide a company car during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
