Job Summary

Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Quality Lead to drive our high-quality person-centred care in the Leek & Moorlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs.
  2. Perform quality assurance visits to clients and their families to ensure exceptional care standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support to our dedicated caregiving team to enhance their skills and confidence.
  4. Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements to maintain our reputation.
  5. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being and outcomes.
  6. Travel to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals and ensure seamless transitions.
  7. Assist the Care Manager in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  8. Utilize our care management software to monitor daily care logs and medication records, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record in the care sector, with experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  3. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care that prioritizes client needs and well-being.
  4. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, with the ability to apply this expertise in a practical setting.
  5. The ability to travel to clients' homes in the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area, with a valid driver's license and access to a car.
