Home Instead is the leader in specialised care for the elderly, founded on personal experience we provide high-quality care and companionship services for older people.

We are currently recruiting for a Care Quality Lead to be responsible for driving our high-quality person-centred care in the Leek & Moorlands region.

This role will be carried out on a full-time basis at our Leek office, working Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with additional out-of-hours working as part of an on-call rota and to fulfill support duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalised client assessments to tailor care plans to individual needs
  • Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families
  • Provide supervision and unwavering support to our dedicated caregiving team
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimise client well-being
  • Travel to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals to their clients
  • Assist the Care Manager to create, update and audit client care plans
  • Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records
Requirements:
  • A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
  • Comfortable driving around the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area for various visits
  • Being a driver with access to a car is essential. Please note Business Class One insurance will be required.
