We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Care Quality Lead, responsible for driving our high-quality care standards in the Leek & Moorlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Perform quality assurance visits to clients and their families to ensure high standards of care are being met.
  • Provide guidance, support, and supervision to our dedicated caregiving team to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional care.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of care excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize client well-being and outcomes.
  • Travel to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals to their clients, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of care.
  • Assist the Care Manager in creating, updating, and auditing client care plans to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and effective.
  • Utilize our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • A proven track record within the care sector, with experience in similar roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care, with a deep understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • The ability to travel to clients' homes in the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area, with a valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Business Class One insurance is required.
