About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Quality Lead to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Quality Lead, you will be responsible for driving our high-quality person-centred care in the Leek & Moorlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised client assessments to tailor care plans to individual needs
- Complete quality assurance visits to clients and their families
- Provide supervision and unwavering support to our dedicated caregiving team
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate seamlessly with healthcare professionals to optimise client well-being
- Travel to clients' homes to introduce new Care Professionals to their clients
- Assist the Care Manager to create, update and audit client care plans
- Use our care management software to audit daily care logs and medication records
Requirements:
- A track record within the care sector and experience with similar duties
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- The ability to inspire and lead a team with compassion and professionalism
- Comfortable driving around the Stockport, Manchester Central & Tameside area for various visits
- Being a driver with access to a car is essential. Please note Business Class One insurance will be required.
