Our team at Leek is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Youth Care Coordinator to join our residential home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our young residents.

As a Lead Youth Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our young residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential childcare and a Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent. You will also be a driver, as a company vehicle will be provided during working hours.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support. All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and Regulated Activity, which will include a check against the barred children's list.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, which reflects the demands and rewards of this challenging role. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including paid induction, dedicated learning and development programs, and access to a wide range of free online courses.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in residential childcare environment
  • Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent

  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
