About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Shift Lead to join our Home First Service team in Leek and Moorlands. As a Shift Lead, you will provide line management to a team of Home First Care Support Workers, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery to individuals in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage an off-duty rota for PIW's
  • Assist with the production of timely and accurate management information
  • Supervise a team of Home First Care Support Workers
