About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shift Lead to join our Home First Service team. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for providing line management to a team of Home First Care Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service to individuals in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage an off-duty rota for Home First Care Support Workers
  • Assist with the production of timely and accurate management information
  • Support the development of the Home First Service

Person Specification
  • NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification
  • Management of HR policies and processes
  • Experience of working within the constraints of legislation, regulation, policy, and procedures
