Deputy Home Manager

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our care team, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will work closely with our Home Manager to develop and implement care plans, manage staff rotas, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, has experience in residential childcare, and is able to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
