About the Role:

As a Deputy Manager at CareTech UK, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and development of our young people. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Develop and implement person-centered plans, empowering our young people to explore and utilize their strengths.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes independence and self-expression.

Requirements:
