About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential care team as a Deputy Manager/Manager In Training. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our young people with learning disabilities, Autism, and epilepsy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in delivering high-quality care and services to our young people.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and choice.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
