Miller Grace Recruitment is currently recruiting for a reputable law firm based in the Preston area. This firm, known for their high standards and professionalism, is seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join their Public Family Team. As a Legal 500 firm, they have an outstanding reputation within their field, promoting an excellent work-life balance.

The successful candidate will have 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and have previously managed a caseload of care matters, with experience of court proceedings. They will be joining a progressive and diverse team of professionals who excel on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of care matters
  • Communicate with clients, courts, tribunals, and third parties
  • Advocate at court
  • Support other family advisors
  • Perform other administrative responsibilities
