Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor to bring their expertise and knowledge to a collaborative and professional team.

The role will involve delivering successful outcomes, including:

  • Managing a caseload of Public Law Family matters, PLO, care proceedings, and other related cases;
  • Providing written and verbal legal advice to clients;
  • Representing clients in Court;
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring Paralegals to facilitate their professional development and business objectives;
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external business requirements, including ISO:9001 quality control, SRA Principles, and Court deadlines;
  • Monitoring and reporting on financial and business performance to deliver work in a profitable manner;
  • Collaborating with other departments on joint files, projects, and events;
  • Building strong relationships with clients and enhancing the firm's profile to drive business growth.
Requirements

A successful Childcare Solicitor should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
