We are seeking a highly skilled Programme and Business Support Administrator to join our Executive Education team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Programme and Business team, ensuring seamless delivery of our programmes and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality programme materials and documentation to tight deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including potential clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Provide outstanding business support to staff, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Design and deliver world-class learning experiences that meet the needs of our Executive Education customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
  • Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages, systems, and/or databases.
  • Experience of software related to your area of specialism.
