Sales and Product Specialist

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Product Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Product Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and product awareness across assigned B&Q stores in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with store associates, store management, and customer contacts to promote and represent the brand and product strengths.
  • Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits, and conduct events to promote products and increase sales.
  • Ensure in-store activations and business activity are executed successfully in each store, and prepare performance summaries for the Regional Manager.
  • Develop and implement partnerships across the customer base, and leverage Sherwin-Williams brands to drive sales and growth.
  • Conduct product knowledge training sessions for B&Q store teams, and provide sales training to current and newly hired store team members.
  • Identify opportunities for service and upselling, and assist store teams with customer service activities.
  • Maintain store signage, merchandising displays, and color collateral, and order inventory of collateral as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or merchandising.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others is an advantage.
  • Retail experience and a valid driver's license are required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including 2 Saturdays a month and bank holidays.
