About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to join our team at Impellam Group, a leading global recruitment agency. As a Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12 people across the Back Office function, driving change projects and ensuring seamless transition to AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 12 people across the Back Office function, including Post Trade functions, to deliver change projects and ensure successful transition to AWS.
  • Own the assets of the entire Back Office Change function, including review of current architecture and oversight of delivery across teams.
  • Enable the team to deliver better results, including one-to-ones with team leads, mentoring, and developing the team.
  • Take control and deliver on smaller but significant ongoing projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in managing change across development teams, with a focus on Java programming language.
  • Financial services experience, ideally in an Investment Banking environment, with a focus on Back Office and Post Trade functions.
  • Well-balanced leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, developing careers, and dealing with stakeholders and prioritization of business needs.
