Back Office Transformation Lead

Lorien is undergoing a significant transformation, and we're seeking a seasoned Back Office Change Team Lead to drive our modernization initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all Back Office change projects, leveraging your expertise in cloud migration and operations streamlining.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 12 professionals across the Back Office function, focusing on European Applications and Post Trade functions.
- Manage the transition to AWS, ensuring a seamless migration.
- Oversee smaller projects, taking ownership and delivering results.
- Proven technical expertise in change management, with a strong background in Java.
- Financial services experience, preferably in Investment Banking, with a focus on Back Office and Post Trade functions.
- A well-rounded leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, developing careers, and managing stakeholders.
