About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Change and Communication Consultant to support the successful implementation of Workday for a professional services client. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth transition and effective adoption of the Workday system.

Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of the Workday programme.
  • Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes will affect various business units.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Communication
  • Write and distribute clear, concise, and engaging communications related to the Workday programme.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure timely and effective information dissemination to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, emails, presentations, and other communication channels.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
  • Support the development of stakeholder engagement plans to maintain high levels of involvement and support.
