About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Pricing expert to join our team at SWIFT. As a Lead Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial modeling to support strategic decisions and adding business value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support mid-term investment decisions and portfolio reviews, ensuring a smooth process to prioritize investments at the company level.
  • Collaborate with project owners and stakeholders to build and update financial models, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial projections.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and define relevant scenarios to inform business decisions.
  • Run and analyze commercial product portfolio margin evolution and investment performance against the latest projections, identifying meaningful growth drivers and risks.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management, including the CFO and Executive Committee.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project owners and stakeholders, ensuring proactive business partnering and collaboration.
  • Participate in and lead additional projects within the department, such as performance management and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar environment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in budget management.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with PowerBi.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
