Lead Financial Planning Analyst | Global Consumer Brand | Competitive Salary | Hybrid Working Model
JasperRose is collaborating with a prominent global consumer brand seeking a Lead Financial Planning Analyst to enhance their team on a permanent basis. This position has emerged due to an internal transition and will be based in the global headquarters. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of office and remote work.
As part of the management reporting and analytics division within the global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the primary focus of this role is to deliver consolidated data for quarterly and annual reporting, as well as forecasting cycles. The position will involve significant interaction with stakeholders worldwide and will play a crucial role in refining existing processes through the utilization of various tools such as TM1 and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidating quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple global regions and diverse product lines.
- Evaluating monthly financial reports submitted by each region, analyzing variances, and questioning the data when necessary.
- Collaborating with key finance stakeholders globally to review and scrutinize monthly data reporting.
- Contributing to the accuracy of data across the brand to facilitate precise performance reporting and analysis, including close collaboration with IT teams to enhance efficiencies on TM1 and Power BI systems.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual presentations for the board.
- Taking initiative on various key projects as required by the organization.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (or possess a Master's equivalent) with prior experience in an FP&A role, specifically managing quarterly reporting and forecasting cycles. Experience in a large, global organization is preferred, along with group consolidation expertise. Familiarity with the consumer sector is advantageous, as is proficiency in TM1, financial modeling, or Power BI. Candidates should demonstrate proven instances of adding value and driving change within their roles.
