Job Title: Business Development Manager

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to win new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal teams, including sales training and coaching.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on business development and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
