Strategic Account Executive

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the expansion, acquisition, and ongoing retention of our client portfolio to achieve organizational sales objectives.
  • Prioritize customer needs and their business goals.
  • Utilize sales systems and support tools consistently.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify optimal strategies for reaching target audiences with effective messaging to fulfill their objectives.
  • Employ supporting materials to deliver compelling presentations to clients, crafting impactful campaigns that align with their ongoing goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our complete product offerings and the digital marketing ecosystem, including Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, Content Strategy, and Programmatic Advertising. Provide clients with performance insights and feedback on campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously propose strategies to enhance response rates, leveraging extensive knowledge of reporting metrics.
  • Analyze audience behavior and trends, utilizing historical campaign data to recommend suitable products to clients.
  • Achieve key performance indicators through regular face-to-face client interactions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of market research tools such as Nielsen, TGI, and Mintel.

Essential Experience

  • Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Experience in roles requiring a degree of autonomy.
  • Background in marketing is essential.
  • Experience in a digital marketplace or advertising agency is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Google Analytics, and both Direct and Programmatic online display campaigns and metrics.

This position allows for remote work, with an expectation of in-person client meetings at least 50% of the time and occasional travel as necessary.
