Global HR Director

The Global HR Director is a key leadership role that oversees all aspects of human resources for Annapurna Executive, supporting the company's global business objectives. This position will lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic HR consultation to senior leadership on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all roles within the company, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and company objectives.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Organizational Development: Lead organisational development initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and organisational capability.
- HR Technology: Implement and manage HR technology systems to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of leading HR functions in a complex, multi-national environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and support business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR technology systems and data analytics.
