Exciting Opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor

Carrington West's Property & Building Control division is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional building surveying services to our clients, including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough building inspections and acquisition surveys to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  2. Administer contracts and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and industry developments through regular CPD activities.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant degree (RICS approved) and Chartered Building Surveyor status.
  2. Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites.
  3. Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of building surveying principles and practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
