IMG LIVE is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide commercially sound advice on legal issues related to commercial and revenue-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Events and Media divisions by providing legal advice on commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure best practice and knowledge is shared and utilized amongst the team.
  • Liaise with the business to ensure commercial, pragmatic, and salient advice is followed at all times.
  • Assist with new projects as and when they arise.
Requirements
  • Experience of drafting general commercial contracts.
  • Worked in a commercial environment.
  • Training in top-tier legal practice.
  • Ability to assimilate and understand salient points of commercial opportunities with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a meticulous attention to detail.
