The Position

In the capacity of Lead Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the Legal & Compliance department while liaising with various senior stakeholders across the organization. Your focus will encompass a broad spectrum of legal duties, including general commercial agreements, construction/design contracts, compliance, risk management, intellectual property, and insurance matters.

You will engage closely with senior management, sales, and design teams, as well as external legal advisors and clients. Key commercial agreements you will handle include non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, intellectual property agreements, supplier contracts, IT agreements, consultancy contracts, and more.

Additionally, you will be tasked with staying informed about relevant regulations impacting the firm's operations, as well as managing intellectual property rights and licenses for the firm's primary contractors. Providing training to staff members to ensure compliance across the organization will also be part of your responsibilities.
