About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our team in Sheffield. As a Pension Administrator, you will play a crucial role in accurately processing transactions and queries to agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work individually and as a team to process transactions and queries to agreed timescales.
  • Follow client-specific requirements to meet each client's needs.
  • Work towards required levels of technical knowledge and behavioural standards, with the necessary support and training from colleagues.
  • Build strong relationships with client teams, client representatives, and third-party providers.

Requirements

  • Administrative or Pension experience.
  • Team player, who can work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
  • Understanding of Word and Excel.
