About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Neurodevelopmental Conditions (NDC) Service within Oxfordshire's Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead on delivering care for an agreed caseload of patients, providing interventions based on core professional skills.
  • Support the Clinical Lead with the coordination and delivery of the assessment and treatment service for children and young people, involving family members and others involved in the young person's care.
  • Undertake and manage a specific caseload of young people, completing all required documentation, including risk assessment and care plans.
  • Implement and coordinate a range of interventions for children, young people, and families, prioritizing clinical time and caseload effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team within CAMHS Neuropsychiatry, CAMHS NDC Team, and the wider CAMHS service.
