Senior Building Surveyor

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in London or Epsom office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, project management, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and provide a range of building surveying/project management duties across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Apply standard forms of building contracts, such as JCT and NEC, to ensure effective project delivery.
- Conduct defect analysis, building surveys, and produce professional reports and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental principles in project management.
- Lead project management and contract administration duties for larger projects.
- Perform due diligence, condition, and measured surveys.
- Design and lead small to medium-sized construction projects.
- BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
- Proven experience in building surveying, project management, and contract administration.
- Ability to demonstrate strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and NBS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a profitable service and positive team environment.
- Compliance with all legal, professional, and corporate compliances for all work carried out.
