Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and provide a range of Building Surveying/project management duties across several projects in different sectors.
  2. Manage client relationships and service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
  3. Apply standard forms of building contracts, such as JCT and NEC.
  4. Conduct defect analysis, undertake building surveys, and produce professional reports and specifications.
  5. Understand quality, health, safety, and environmental principles within project management.
  6. Manage project administration duties for larger projects.
  7. Perform due diligence, condition, and measured surveys.
  8. Design and lead small to medium-sized construction projects.

Requirements:

  1. BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
  2. Demonstrate good all-round surveying experience.
  3. Experience in pre and post-contract project management responsibilities.
  4. Ability to travel as required.
  5. Liaise with senior colleagues to build a profitable service and positive team environment.
  6. Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  7. Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS, with experience in Revit an advantage.
  8. Understanding of BIM level 2.
  9. Compliance with legal, professional, and corporate compliances.
