Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing & PR Executive to enhance our brand's presence across digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations: Partner with the Exhibitions Coordinator & Communications Officer to optimize media coverage across diverse sectors.
  • Content Development: Craft engaging copy for promotional materials and internal communications.
  • Budget Oversight: Collaborate on PR strategies while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
  • Advertising Strategy: Coordinate with Brand Managers to plan and execute advertising initiatives targeting both business and consumer audiences.
  • Creative Content: Generate compelling content for both digital and print marketing.
  • Product Introductions: Facilitate the launch of new products through effective media engagement.
  • Press Coordination: Organize press schedules and appointments during events.
  • Press Materials: Work on the creation of press kits to maximize event visibility.
  • Social Media Strategy: Manage and enhance all social media platforms, focusing on content creation and audience interaction.
  • Email Campaigns: Implement email marketing strategies for targeted communications.
  • Event Engagement: Ensure a strong social media presence during events, including live updates.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Digital PR: Support online PR efforts with bloggers and influencers.
  • Website Management: Utilize Shopify for website updates and content optimization.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain databases and manage sample requests.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Head of Marketing.

Success Metrics:

  • Timely execution and management of events.
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regular PR performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driving License.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or relevant educational background.
  • Experience in marketing and/or PR for at least 2 years.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Project Management Expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in content creation and social media strategies.
  • Creative and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
