We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Experience Ambassador to join our team at One Avenue Group. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in shaping the hospitality and client satisfaction experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a superior meet and greet service to our clients and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with administrative requests, providing timely and efficient support to our clients.
  • Coordinate client move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.
  • Design and arrange office spaces to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Organize and execute client events, conferences, and meetings, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Track and manage client spend, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Uphold the highest standards of building maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our services and processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Someone who embodies our values of positive attitude, problem-solving, and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and email handling, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional service and committed to delivering high standards of quality.
