Your key responsibilities will include:

* Reporting to the Go To Lead and being responsible for delivering the unexpected, making each encounter fun, exciting, and personal
* Being an ambassador for brand principles, culture, and values, and keeping outstanding service at the heart of everything you do
* Serving as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings at the client's site, bringing experience to life, and enabling a holistic perspective of the whole workday through strong engagement with colleagues, guests, and internal stakeholders
* Being the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests, acting as the 'face' for our client
* Being a well-organized individual with a keen eye for detail, always willing to go the extra mile with a positive 'can-do' attitude
* Logging all activity to support our data-driven business model and enable the business to continually learn and adapt to serve our customers in the most effective manner

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

* Customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/High Touch clients
* High School or College Degree
* Proven track record of providing stellar customer service
* Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, knowledge in property management/Condeco systems a plus
* Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
