The Workplace Experience Host is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and their employees. As an ambassador of our brand principles and values, you will embody outstanding service in all your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver unexpected experiences that make each encounter fun, exciting, and personal.
- Be an ambassador for our brand principles, culture, and values, and keep them at the heart of everything you do.
- Serve as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings at the client's site, bringing experiences to life and enabling a holistic perspective of the whole workday through strong engagement with colleagues, guests, and internal stakeholders.
- Be the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests, acting as the 'face' for our client.
- Always be willing to go the extra mile, with a positive 'can-do' attitude, and be a well-organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
- As a key part of our data-driven business model, the Workplace Experience Host is hyper-diligent in logging all their activity so the business can continually learn and adapt to serve our customer in the most effective manner.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Customer service experience in dealing with high-touch clients.
- High school or college degree.
- Proven track record of providing stellar customer service.
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint applications, knowledge in property management/Condeco systems a plus.
- Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication.
