About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new client input into our client database
  • Create new client packs and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
  • Verify fact finds and input details into our client database
  • Prepare and send authority letters to clients for signature
  • Input policy details of existing plans into our system
  • Monitor and update anti-money laundering information
  • Track new business and update planners accordingly
  • Prepare for client reviews and update cashflow models
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a financial services environment. You will also need to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as strong communication and articulation skills.
