We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Section Leader to join our team at Gist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear communication and ongoing feedback to colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Understand and deliver against the operational plan for the day, taking accountability for a specific operational area and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Support the induction of new starters and ongoing training requirements for colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Prioritize issues as necessary and rectify through to conclusion, ensuring colleagues are operating in a safe and legal environment at all times.
