Job Summary:

Liaise, a leading provider of specialist support services, seeks a highly skilled Activity Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services achieve high-quality outcomes for individuals with complex learning disabilities and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement practice standards and service improvement projects, adhering to existing governance structures.
  • Promote and coordinate the use of skill development and learning tools to enhance the wellbeing and independence of service users.
  • Support service teams in delivering high-quality continuing education and development for service users, ensuring effective documentation within support plans.
  • Contribute to data and soft intelligence gathering to inform improvements across services.
  • Represent Liaise in meetings with regulators, local authorities, and other external stakeholders.

  • Exceptional practice leadership and ability to champion quality and values.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and networking.
  • Ability to facilitate and contribute to professional development for self and others.
  • Knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks, with a focus on consistently applying relevant standards.

Working Arrangements:

This is a home-based role with frequent travel within the London area or more widely, as required by the business. A flexible working approach is essential to meet the needs of the organization.
