Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at KPI People. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Explain the work due to be carried out on their vehicle, ensuring customers are fully informed and satisfied.
- Accurately complete courtesy car insurance paperwork, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regularly update customers on the progress of their vehicle, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Liaise with various departments, including the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting Team, and Drivers, to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Invoice work carried out, providing clear explanations and taking payment from customers.
- Quote, introduce, and sell Service Plans, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all Warranty paperwork is correctly completed, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service at all times, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months Motor Trade Service Advisor experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desirable requirements include franchised dealership experience, Kerridge or Pinnacle experience, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
Benefits:
- Basic salary of £28,250.
- On-target earnings of £33,250 (uncapped).
