Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Applications Product Specialist to provide technical support and solutions to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomedical sciences, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working in a hospital or research laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver sustainable solutions for support cases and provide training to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Degree educated in a relevant biomedical discipline.
  • Strong background in tissue/cellular pathology, histology, or histopathology.
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or research laboratory environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools is advantageous.
  • Understanding of the diagnostics industry and ability to work in a multicultural team environment is essential.
  • Full UK/EU driving license and passport required for overseas training.
