Harrison Holgate is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team in London for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Underwriters, carrying out a variety of tasks as required, including travel coordination, expense processing and reconciliation, and data recording.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in Financial Services
  • Confident in travel coordination, expense processing and reconciliation, and data recording
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be a team player
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
