About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Director of Product and Business Development for RS PRO, leading the execution of our RS PRO strategy and refining, building, and improving upon category management and product strategy.

You will be responsible for accelerating the NPI execution and removing barriers to the onboarding process, while collaborating with Managing Directors across the EMEA region and supporting peers in the Americas and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product management of the business globally, ensuring products return strong ROI and the range of over 80,000 products is optimised fully and performing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in product and business development, category management, and supplier management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in product and business development, category management, or supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of finance, P&L management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in brand management, business development, or consultancy.
  • Strong operations skills, with the ability to deploy strategy plans into operationally strong growth drivers.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
