About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for executing the RS PRO strategy, refining, building, and improving upon category management and product strategy, including Quality and business development plans to strengthen and secure growth.
Key responsibilities include accelerating NPI execution, removing barriers to the onboarding process, and collaborating with Managing Directors across the EMEA region to support peers in the Americas and APAC regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product, category management, supplier management, sourcing, finance, P&L management, business development, legal, sales, brand management, continuous improvement, quality, economics, data analysis, data science, compliance, ethics, and consultancy.
They will be able to take strategy plans and deploy them into operationally strong growth drivers, with excellent public speaking and presentation skills, and currently operating at Director or Senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Product: Accelerate and execute over 10k quality new products per year, using data to guide product roadmaps and remove barriers to execution.
- Quality, Ethics, Sustainability, and Compliance: Support a team of 3 engineers, 3 experts, and a 'Head of' role, ensuring they can evolve and grow to support customer demands globally.
- Business Development: Lead simplicity and effectiveness strategies that can be scaled, ensuring a small team of 3 managers can lead by leveraging RS PRO team assets and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product, category management, supplier management, sourcing, finance, P&L management, business development, legal, sales, brand management, continuous improvement, quality, economics, data analysis, data science, compliance, ethics, and consultancy.
They will be able to take strategy plans and deploy them into operationally strong growth drivers, with excellent public speaking and presentation skills, and currently operating at Director or Senior level.
Desirable skills include a consultancy background, multilingualism, and experience or understanding of brand management and business development.
