Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will assist with the administration of project lifecycles, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Provide critical information to the Production team to facilitate efficient manufacturing and ordering of equipment.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and customers to manage lead times and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Work with the Project Manager and Installation Manager to resolve product issues and track returns in accordance with the Return and Acceptance Notice (RAN) process.
  • Coordinate deliveries and make necessary adjustments to installation and production schedules.
  • Support Project Managers with urgent issues and failures, including raising allocations and arranging deliveries.
  • Prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements, obtaining necessary approvals from clients or relevant parties.
  • Capture Variation Orders to ensure cost recovery and maximize profitability, chasing customers for confirmations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and using client portals as required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of project lifecycles and ability to read drawings and interpret technical requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Desirable: manufacturing knowledge and experience with fire-related products for the construction industry.
  • Attributes: good communicator, customer focus approach, good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, IT literacy, technical mindset, passion for work, and pride in work carried out.
