Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will assist with administering each project's life cycle, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan and within budget.
  • Provide information to the Production team to enable them to manufacture and order the required equipment to fulfill project requirements.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and customers on lead times and project progress.
  • Assist with tracking and resolving issues related to faulty products and returns.
  • Book deliveries and amend as necessary to ensure timely installation and production.
  • Support Project Managers with urgent issues and failures, including raising allocations and arranging deliveries.
  • Prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Capture Variation Orders to ensure cost recovery and maximize profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, including responding to customer queries and using client portals as required.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of project lifecycles and ability to read drawings and interpret technical requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Desirable: manufacturing knowledge and experience with fire-related products for the construction industry.
  • Attributes: good communicator, customer focus approach, good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, IT literacy, and technical aptitude.
