Information Verification Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research, gather, and verify information for SSL certificate products.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established verification policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with Verification Auditors to resolve any arising issues or discrepancies.
  • Proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous records of work progress and prioritize customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance and guidance to partners and affiliates regarding inquiries related to verification processes.
  • Establish strong working relationships with Customer Relationship Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Be adaptable and willing to undertake other duties as required to support the team's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in authentication processes is highly desirable.
  • A background in customer support or service is beneficial.
  • A university degree or college diploma is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address verification challenges.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Exhibit the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Have a solid understanding of technical concepts and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be flexible with rotating shift availability to accommodate operational needs.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential for effective communication.
