Area Manager Role

The Area Manager position at Connells Group UK offers a competitive basic salary and substantial OTE: £50,000, along with generous staff benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team within our UK Sales branch networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and effectively manage all employees to ensure optimal performance across the board.
  • Maximise employee engagement through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimising attrition, and driving retention of your teams.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on the region's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets.
  • Grow market share significantly by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Prominent levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure.
