We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Solent NHS Trust. The successful candidate will work alongside our senior management and clinical staff to deliver high-quality psychological care to individuals across the city.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective psychological care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients with a range of clinical needs.
- Exercise full clinical responsibility for clients' psychological care and treatment within a multidisciplinary care plan.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members.
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.
- Formal training in supervision of other psychologists or equivalent experience.
